Chief Executive Officer & Co-Founder

Jordana is an accomplished entrepreneur and strategic leader with more than 15 years of experience in product development, commercial strategy, and partnerships. She has facilitated over $30 billion in grants, tenders, and bids, and brings valuable expertise across strategic planning, product launch, business development, and scaling emerging technologies.


As CEO of OmnigeniQ, Jordana defines and communicates the company’s mission, shapes corporate strategy, and steers the commercial and operational roadmap. She leads investor relations, secures partnerships and funding, manages stakeholder engagement, and oversees the protection and governance of OmnigeniQ’s proprietary technologies.

Her leadership focuses on translating breakthrough science into commercially viable, regulator-aligned products, ensuring the company’s growth is executed with clarity, discipline, and long-term value creation.

Chief Science Officer & Co-Founder

 

Tiffanwy has an extraordinary and gifted thinking process with a passion for quantum biology, complex problem-solving, and pioneering scientific discovery. She holds five degrees across genetics, biological science, medical science, and pathology, and brings extensive experience in scientific innovation, independent research, and the development of technologies for both health and space applications.


As Co-Founder and Chief Science Officer, Tiffanwy leads OmnigeniQ’s R&D strategy, driving the scientific architecture behind the company’s deterministic simulation engine. She oversees academic and industry partnerships, ensures rigorous scientific design and execution, and manages the R&D budget. Her leadership ensures that OmnigeniQ’s scientific direction remains bold, credible, and commercially translatable.

Technology Development & Commercialisation

 

Rosa Miles brings 25+ years of global experience in biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, and healthcare. She is a recognised expert in clinical research, regulatory affairs, CMC strategy, and product development across a wide range of therapeutic areas, including advanced cell and gene therapies (CAR-T, CAR-NK, in vivo gene therapy, cytokines, vectors, and complex combination platforms).


Rosa has worked extensively with regulatory agencies worldwide — including the TGA, MedSafe, FDA, MHRA, EMA, and Health Canada — and has led programs from preclinical development through to market entry. At OmnigeniQ, she ensures that all products meet the highest regulatory, scientific, and quality standards, guiding the company through compliant, efficient, and globally aligned pathways to approval.

AI/ML & Bioinformatics

 

Lauren Urban is a senior data scientist and molecular biologist with over 10 years of experience in advanced analytics, artificial intelligence, and bioinformatics. She specialises in developing AI models, predictive analytics, and cheminformatics solutions for healthcare and medical research.


Lauren holds a PhD in Microbiology and Immunology from UC Irvine and a biophysics degree from Brown University. She has authored peer-reviewed publications, built novel machine-learning models for drug synergy prediction, and contributed to scientific communication as a writer and editor for a national public radio podcast.


At OmnigeniQ, Lauren leads the development and optimisation of the JupitR platform’s AI-driven algorithms and bioinformatics pipelines, ensuring the technology is robust, scalable, and scientifically validated.
